Krampus is Santa Claus' evil twin. Each year the horned devil would go out on Christmas Even punishing the naughtiest of the naughty kids. He was so good at his job (as was Santa!), that Krampus' list got smaller and smaller every year, until finally he hungered for new targets to inflict his pain and punishment on... Santa and his elves!
The North pole is home to Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, and of course the elves! The Village is very connected with an epic Christmas tree in the village center and all of the various locations around it. Careful, the elves may look cute, but they are charmingly annoying and you'll be spending plenty of time dealing with them.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We have a 30-day exchange policy applicable to sealed products only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. You can receive store credit in lieu of original payment method within 14 days, or in lieu of a product exchange within 30 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, comic books, individual trading cards/collectible cards, or opened products. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food and drinks) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
