The House on the Hill still sits abandoned, and fearless group of explorers has been drawn to the house to discover its dark secrets. The Betrayal at House on the Hill 3rd Edition cooperative board game includes 50 chilling haunts and dozens of danger-filled rooms that will terrify even the strongest among you. At first you'll work together, but beware…one explorer will betray the others and then the haunt begins. This edition of the popular haunted house traitor game features content and gaming elements that help new players jump right in. So gather friends for a game night of monsters, miniatures, and modular board pieces in this immersive, story-driven hidden traitor game for 3-6 players, ages 12 and up.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We have a 30-day exchange policy applicable to sealed products only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. You can receive store credit in lieu of original payment method within 14 days, or in lieu of a product exchange within 30 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, comic books, individual trading cards/collectible cards, or opened products. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food and drinks) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
