Welcome to Crime City, a city where crime lurks around every corner. Disatrous secrets, devious robberies and cold-blooded murders are the order of the day here. The local police are no longer able to control the situation. Therefore, the work of clever investigators is required. MicroMacro - Crime City is a cooperative detective game. Together, the players solve 16 tricky criminal cases by determining motives, finding evidence and convicting the perpetrators. An attentive eye is just as important as a deductive talent in order to unravel everything riddle on the 75 x 110 cm large game board. A magnifying glass is included in the game to help with finding every detail.

One player takes on the role of Lead Investigator and is responsible for reading the case cards out loud (but of course they will also help with solving the case). The players choose together which case they want to play and the Lead Investigator reads out the corresponding start card as well as the first task. Together, the players explore the map of Crime City in order to answer all the questions on the case cards, one after another. The game ends as soon as the last case card has been answered correctly.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We have a 30-day exchange policy applicable to sealed products only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. You can receive store credit in lieu of original payment method within 14 days, or in lieu of a product exchange within 30 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, comic books, individual trading cards/collectible cards, or opened products. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food and drinks) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
