Six months ago, Jim Hoke’s daughter Wendy disappeared from her room. All Jim caught was a glimpse of a hulking figure at the window—the kind of late night vision that’s easily written off as a hallucination. And Jim’s obsession has direction—he’s got to track down the Floating Man, uncover his crimes and free not just his daughter Wendy, but everyone who's been lost.

You can receive store credit in lieu of original payment method within 14 days, or in lieu of a product exchange within 30 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, comic books, individual trading cards/collectible cards, or opened products. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food and drinks) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Preorders
Money received to hold pre-ordered items is non-refundable. Half down is required to hold items which have been custom ordered or have not yet been released.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
