X-O Manowar (1996 2nd Series) #1A

Major Rand Banion (the new Manowar) and Dr. Donovan Wylie work together to take on the terrorist group R.A.G.E. in "Fear Itself." Continued next issue. Written by Mark Waid & Brian Augustyn. Art by Sean Chen & Tom Ryder.

X-O Manowar (1996 2nd Series) #2

"Sharp-Dressed Man" - Something went wrong. Something went terribly wrong. The terrorist organization R.A.G.E. has flattened a small mid-western town, and their battalion is heading to Washington DC. This is a million man march...and they're all armed! Only two things stand in their way -- the inconceivable power of the X-O Manowar armor and the immeasurable intellect of Donovan Wylie. Apart, they might not be enough. Written by Mark Waid and Brian Augustyn, with art and cover by Sean Chen and Tom Ryder. FC, 32 pgs.

X-O Manowar (1996 2nd Series) #3

"In Deep" - A secret nuclear submarine has been attacked by an unknown enemy and is now resting on the ocean floor with the lives of over one hundred men hanging in the balance. X-O Manowar is the only hope left for the Prospero, but no one, not even super-brain Donovan Wylie, can guess if the armor has the power necessary to save the men and defeat this unknown attacker. However, with lives at stake, X-O's duty is clear -- he's going down! Written by Mark Waid and Brian Augustyn, with art and cover by Sean Chen and Tom Ryder. FC, 32 pgs.

X-O Manowar (1996 2nd Series) #4

"Special Delivery" - R.A.G.E. is back, with a vengeance! Revere has returned to wreak havoc on America once again, with a stolen experimental nuclear warhead set to destroy Los Angeles! Can X-O stop R.A.G.E.'s super-bomber from delivering its payload of mass destruction? Or is L.A. going to end up with a fate infinitely worse than the Washington Monument? Written by Mark Waid and Brian Augustyn, with art and cover by Sean Chen and Tom Ryder. FC, 32 pgs.

X-O Manowar (1996 2nd Series) #5

"Idea Man" - What if today's technology turned on you? What if there was an evil entity able to control it? Donovan Wylie faces the darker side of technology -- the power-hungry Internaut! At stake -- the ultimate in technology, the amazing X-O armor. Can Donovan stop Internaut's machinations for power and revenge, or will he lose the most important thing that he has in his life? Written by Mark Waid and Brian Augustyn, with art and cover by Scot Eaton and Pam Eklund. FC, 32 pgs.

X-O Manowar (1996 2nd Series) #6

"Separation Anxiety" - Donovan Wylie has been de-armored and all of Denver is in big trouble. The X-O suit is now under the control of the power-mad entity known as Internaut! Things are bleak, and they're only going to get worse as Magnus shows up to deal with the blasted X-O armored can. Forging a very uneasy alliance, can the robot-hater and the perfect man/machine stop the Internaut from destroying Denver? Will Donovan decide to step back into the armor? Will Magnus let him? No matter what happens, there's no way these two heroes are going to end up being pals. The first official Valiant Heroes character meeting will generate loads of friction...and loads of excitement. Written by Mark Waid and Brian Augustyn, with art and cover by Scot Eaton and Pam Eklund. FC, 32 pgs.

X-O Manowar (1996 2nd Series) #7

"Heart of a Warrior" - Donovan has made his choice. He has decided to wear the armor. He now faces an even greater dilemma -- seeing his estranged father. Also, Tish and Thalia do lunch. Written by Brian Augustyn with Mark Waid, with art and cover by Scot Eaton and Pam Eklund. FC, 32 pgs.
